Our Premium Ciders

For over a century farmers in the Beaver Valley have been successfully growing apples, in particular the heritage varieties that deliver vibrant fruit apple flavours and refreshing acidity. Georgian Hills partners for four generations have owned orchards and grown apples here in the Beaver Valley.

We are pleased to offer some of the finest distinct and delicious craft ciders in Ontario.

Georgian Hills Ciders

Georgian Hills Vineyards is located in the heart of apple country. The Beaver Valley is known for its cool northerly climate where orchard farmers have been growing unique varieties of heritage apples for almost a century. We are proud to produce our own Dry Apple and Sparkling Pear ciders.

Perfect Pairing: Sparkling Perry with its lower alcohol (under 7%) is the perfect welcome wine paired with light appetizers, or fun to toast the occasion with a fresh fruit dessert or lemon cake. Sparkling Dry Cider (also under 7%) is very versatile and goes well with savoury fatty foods like smoked meats, grilled pork chops or barbecue ribs.

Ardiel Cider House Premium Craft Ciders

We are proud to produce  Ardiel Cider House Premium Craft Ciders, at Georgian Hills Vineyards.

The Beaver Valley is in the heart of the Blue Mountains and known for its cool northerly climate where orchard farmers have been growing unique varieties of heritage apples for almost a century. These crisp, almost tart, higher acid apples have been the backbone of the apple pie and apple sauce industry and revered as delectable eating apples. More recently these heritage apples have become highly sought after to make traditional styles of dry cider with flavor integrity: Cortland, Ida Red, McIntosh, Russet and Spartan to name a few. The recent cider revolution has led the Ardiel family to preserve and nurture the older apple orchards to ensure Ardiel Cider House continues to produce and craft locally grown distinct and delicious ciders.
