Begin this 90 minute tasting with a flight of delicious local wines made from cool-climate grapes, sourced from our vineyard.
Next you’ll enjoy a flight of complex, wild-ferment vinifera wines, selected from the best vineyards in the Niagara region. Your selection of eight wines will be accompanied by two charcuterie boards, with insights on tasting and comparing wines with food by partner Robert Ketchin.
