White Wines

The Georgian Bay wine region will be known for exceptional cool climate white wines. Due to our northern latitude, almost on the 45th parallel, the influence of a cooler great lake, cool nights and sunny dry days allows us to produce vibrant, fruit driven, refreshing, aromatic style white wines. Specifically Riesling, Chardonnay, Seyval Blanc and Vidal Blanc are the primary grape varieties with smaller blocks of Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer.

Perfect Pairing: Cool climate aromatic white wines go so well with appetizers, fruit, goat cheese, salads, fish, chicken or pork, seasoned with herbs and spices.
